Shkodra has high potential of natural resources which offer a great possibility for development of this area through sustainable solutions; it has considerable human resources that need to be involved for the protection of natural values.

EVSR represents a voluntary union of people of different professions, experts in different fields of nature conservation; biologists, ecologists, chemists, forest engineers, economists, lawyers, lecturers, students, that work in state or research institutions, non-governmental organizations, freelance or in private sector.
